• Step 3: Conversion (2–5 Business Days) - If accepted, we’ll turn your request into an easy-to-follow visual PDF chart within 2 to 5 working days.

• Step 4: You’re Notified - We’ll email you as soon as your chart is finished and published in our shop.

To ensure we maintain our high standard of visual quality and fast turnaround times, this service is strictly limited to crochet and the following project types:

• Pattern Complexity & Our Mission: Our core mission is creating simple, clean, and intuitive visual charts. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline overly complex patterns or any designed charts (for example, intricate designs where every single row is completely different with no repetition).

• US Crochet Terms Only: All of our charts, symbols, and descriptions exclusively use standard US crochet terminology (e.g., single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet). If you submit a pattern written in UK terms, we will convert it to US terms in the final chart.

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or refuse any pattern request for any reason. Because we never take money in advance, there is zero risk to you -you only purchase the finished chart from our shop if it is accepted, completed, and ready for sale at our standard price.

• Pattern Testing & Refinements: We test-crochet the designs ourselves. If we find errors or awkward stitch transitions in the original pattern, we will adjust and refine the chart for a smoother flow.

• Yarn & Colors: Any sample swatches, photos, or color palettes featured in the finished chart will use our standard shop yarns, rather than custom yarn suggestions.

• Updates to Conditions: We reserve the right to modify, add, or change any of the terms and conditions mentioned here at any time.
